Our Community Need
The Promise of Susan G. Komen for theCure is to save lives and end breast cancer forever by empowering people, ensuring quality care for all and energizing science to fund the cures. To better maximize our ability to fulfill this promise, the Komen Mid-Kansas Affiliate conducts a Community Profile every two years to assess the breast health needs of women and men in the 95 counties that the Affiliate serves. The results of the profile direct Komen's work and identify where efforts and resources will have the most impact within Kansas by establishing priorities for improving health and making effective grant decisions.
